www.cavaliero.gr offers you products that are stored in appropriate preservation conditions so that you receive them in excellent condition. However, in case you wish to return a product, this can only be done for a product that is altered or defective and only within 3 days of receipt.
In case you wish to proceed with a return, you must inform us immediately at [email protected] or [email protected] explaining the problem and sending us photos of the defective product. You will then have to send us the product in its original condition without any charge, so that we can inform the producer about the defect. The replacement will be made after we have received the defective product.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not left our store. If the products are still in our store and you want to cancel your order you should call us at 2831022205 or send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected] and your order will be cancelled.
In case you have received the product, we cannot accept the cancellation or return of the order. If the products of your order are special order, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund of Money
In case of cancellation of an order or return of products, refunds are made by crediting the customer's account or through the card of which the original receipt was made. www.cavaliero.gr is committed to returning the money in 1-5 business days (depending on the method of refund).
