Aged for twelve (12) years in French Limousin oak barrels, this exceptional spirit develops a complex and refined character. Distillation: Slow single distillation in a Charentais copper still, where the heads and tails are separated, keeping only the heart of the distillate. Bottled at our distillery in Bozaitika, Patras. Aromas & Taste: Rich and unique aromas with intricate characteristics and delicate secondary floral notes (anthostomia), leading to a smooth, rounded finish—creating a truly distinguished spirit. This Wine Distillate is made from Sideritis grapes, which slowly ripen in November. Unlike winemaking grapes, those selected for distillation are unripe, with high acidity and low sugar content, ensuring clean and pure fermentation aromas. The resulting product boasts delicate secondary floral notes, contributing to its exquisite quality—crafted for the ultimate enjoyment.
