A unique process of double distillation with wild juniper and selected natural ingredients. Key element is the neutral alcohol (96.8%), maize product. double distilled in copper stills along with other ingredients that are already pulped : juniper berries, angelica root, oranges, orange blossom and lemon from the Mediterranean. The result is a clean, bright and dry Gin, with fine aromas of citrus fruits that balances the botanic aromas with a hint of sweetness. The flavour is complemented by gentle orange blossom and a bouquet of citrus fruits and juniper berries. Nose: Light, clean with citrus fruits aromas and notes of coriander and grapefruit. Mouth: Soft and silky sensation with refreshing aromas of citrus fruits and hints of violet and sage. Complex finish with fruity notes.
