A naturally sweet wine made from overripe grapes of the ancient Greek variety Limnio. After drying the grapes for about two weeks, they are left to ferment naturally for almost three months: the sweetness of the wine comes from the unfermented sugars of the grape. It is then aged for 6-8 years in large oak barrels, aiming to create complex aromas and a rich taste. Alcohol Content: 14%
