Delicate, aromatic, and expressive, it has gifted us its refined distillate—elegant and smooth, with aromas of rose Turkish delight and citrus notes. Produced using the discontinuous distillation method in a copper fractional still in Rethymno. Ideally served at 12°C, allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes.
