A unique distillate, characteristic of its variety, with red fruit jam and freshly ground pepper notes in the aftertaste. A wonderfully round and velvety single-variety distillate with a persistent finish. Produced using the discontinuous distillation method in a copper fractional still in Rethymno. Ideally served at 12°C, allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes. Always enjoyed in good company, never alone. Alcohol Content: 38%
