Idaia White belongs to the 'classic' range of our winery. Assyrtiko enhances the structure and aromatic complexity of Vilana, while simultaneously imparting nerve and vibrancy, resulting in a 'fruit-forward' wine that can beautifully accompany any occasion – with or without food – and satisfy all palates. It has a bright lemon-green color and an expressive aroma of citrus fruits and white-fleshed fruits, along with hints of flowers and minerality. The taste is very well-balanced, with delicious fresh fruit and a refreshing finish. Serving Temperature: 7 - 9°C Food Pairing: Fish and seafood prepared in all cooking methods or raw preparations, white meats with lemon-based sauces, salads, vegetables, vegetable or cheese pies, and white cheeses.
