Produced in the traditional way: The "cooking" is done in ovens made of sand, bricks, stone, and wood, and the process takes approximately 24 hours, with an additional 24 hours for cooling before the cooked agave is transferred, after first removing the central part of the agave (Cogollo). The agave used by Destileria ORENDAIN comes from its own agave fields in the Tequila Valley. The Jimadores select the ideal agaves with the highest sugar levels after they have matured for a period of 7 to 8 years. The water used comes from the natural springs of Tequila Mountain, which is rich in minerals. TASTE: Sweet aromas of ripe citrus fruits, grass, sweet spices, and spicy vegetables (red pepper). AROMA: Cooked agave, herbal notes, citrus, and fresh fruits. PERFECT SERVE: An excellent base for cocktails such as Margaritas, Palomas, etc. Alcohol Content: 38%
