Vidiano of Amari, one of the oldest and most beloved white grape varieties in Crete. The raki produced from this white variety captures the delicate aroma of the grape. Dominant aromas of stone fruits and white flowers prevail. The pomace (tsikouda) from Vidiano, after undergoing a special process at low temperatures with the addition of water, is distilled. After the distillation of the pomace, the Tsikoudia matures for 3–4 months in stainless steel tanks and remains there longer if necessary, until it softens and develops all the aromas that characterize it. The result proudly defends its name, ROYAL. Enjoy the first sip at room temperature to appreciate its aromas. However, you can also enjoy it chilled, but without adding ice as it would degrade its taste. Ideally, the serving temperature of the chilled Tsikoudia is 15-18°C. Avoid exposure to sunlight. It can also be stored in the refrigerator. Alcohol Content: 38%
