Tia Maria is a popular rum-based liqueur with a flavor of slightly roasted Arabica coffee, subtle notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla. The original recipe is over 300 years old, but it was first presented as Tia Maria in 1952 by Dr. Kenneth Leigh Evans.
