Biblia Chora Etos Semillon/Assyrtiko '12 750ml

Etos is a long-aging wine, produced from the estate's best vineyards and released only in exceptional years, in a limited number of bottles. In 2022, the Etos Semillon & Assyrtiko 2012 was released. The 2012 vintage was outstanding for these two varieties, cultivated in a low-yield vineyard with barren, limestone, and clay soils. After aging in French oak barrels, it matures for several years in the estate's underground cellars, emerging 10 years after its creation. The wine features a deep golden-yellow color.
