After harvest, the grapes are cooled for 24 hours in a refrigeration chamber, and the next day, they are sent directly to the press without crushing or maceration. The winemaking process then takes place in stainless steel cooling tanks at 18°C. Part of the wine is aged in second-use oak barrels, while the rest remains with its lees, gaining structure and body. Food Pairing: Lobster pasta, barley risotto with shrimp, summer Mediterranean and exotic flavors. Alcohol Content: 13.5%
