This is the first wine produced outside Crete from the Cretan Vidiano variety, which has ideally adapted to the slopes of Mount Pangaion, with a small contribution of Assyrtiko. It follows classic white vinification with crushing and direct pressing of the grapes, without pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it remains on fine lees for 4 months. It is recommended to be consumed within the first two years of its life. Serving Temperature: 10°C Food Pairing: Pairs well with fried or charcoal-grilled fish, poultry, and a selection of yellow cheeses. Alcohol Content: 13.5%
