Modern technological winemaking with the method of "pre-fermentation extraction" at 10°C. One-third of the wine is placed in stainless steel tanks, another third in amphorae, and the remaining portion in large oak barrels (foudres) where fermentation takes place and is completed. The wine remains and ages with its fine lees for approximately 4 months. Food Pairing: Pairs well with white meats and fish with lemony & spicy sauces. Alcohol Content: 13.5%
